Teeth Whitening Tips for Beautiful Smile!

Teeth whitening:

Today, most people want to have whiter, brighter teeth.  Resorting to Teeth Whitening of some sort, first trying at remedies, then teeth whitening products that are out on the market, then resorting to professional teeth whitening if they are still not satisfied.

Some people go to The dentist as the very first step and then use the whitening products after the dentist has professionally whitened their teeth.

It has become very important to individuals to have that beautiful smile just like the actors and actresses of Hollywood.  Cost doesn’t seem to be a worry either as having a great smile is more important to individuals.

Alternate Options for Teeth Whitening:

If cost is an issue, though, there are very good home remedies that work well in Teeth Whitening.  Some good teeth whitening tips are that you can take a ripe strawberry and mash it up fine and then add a half teaspoon of baking soda to the strawberry and stir together.  Apply this to your teeth very evenly and wait for about 3 – 4 minutes and then brush with your favorite regular toothpaste and then floss.  Because strawberries have something called malic acid in them which will act as a stain removing agent, this mixture works very well, and is not expensive to do.  Don’t forget to rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.

Try eating lots of good foods such as carrots, strawberries and apples containing malic acid which work to clean the teeth naturally.  Also, be sure that you do not over do any of your Teeth Whitening processes because you can lessen the amount of enamel on your teeth which will cause them to be sensitive.

Remember, too, that our natural teeth have a small degree of yellow in them and are not always perfectly white in the first place.  You can also get the dentist’s laser treatment, too.

Professional Teeth Whitening:

The dentist will do a laser whitening process on your teeth which will whiten up to 8 times by the time he is finished.  After he cleans your teeth he will use a special teeth whitening gel that contains a stronger bleach agent than you get in  over the counter products.

He then uses the laser to get a deeper penetration of the gel so that your teeth are much whiter when he is finished.  Costs of the teeth whitening procedure and times will vary depending on your teeth.
